What you’ll do
- Distribute promo (flyers, posters, stickers, QR cards).
- Run local touchpoints (shops, campuses, events, meetups, pop-ups).
- Create and share content (short video, photos, recaps, UGC).
- Drive sign-ups, traffic, and sales with tracked links.
- Collect on-the-ground feedback and report weekly.
- Assist at events: setup, line-ups, check-ins, street outreach.

Time and expectations
- Typical load: 3–5 hours per week. Flexible.
- Clear tasks with deadlines. Proof required (photos, links, screenshots).
- Targets matter: sign-ups, redemptions, traffic, sales, RSVPs, and quality content.
Who we’re looking for
- Stand-up people. Reliable, organized, direct communicators.
- Comfortable talking to people and filming short clips.
- Age 18+ preferred. If under 18, parent/guardian consent required.
- All locations considered. Tell us your city. No borders, set-tripping or territorial gatekeeping.
Code of conduct
- Be respectful. Follow local laws and venue rules.
- No spam, vandalism, trolling, harassment, bullying, discrimination, or unsafe behavior, including vulgar, lewd, or threatening conduct.
- Represent the brand with love, pride, and honor. Use approved assets only, unless you have written approval from your Street Team Captain or Operations Lead / OTGOG.
Compensation notes
- Most missions start with perks and limited payment incentives.
- As you grow in your role and presence, your pay opportunities grow in tandem.
- Paid work is per task or per event with clear rates.
- Some roles allow you to promote your independent operations alongside Bust-Down. All terms are outlined in your premob / pre-mission paperwork and reviewed with your Street Team Captain.
- You may be classified as an independent contractor for paid missions, where required by law.

Is this paid?
Sometimes. Tasks include perks. Missions include pay. Payment opportunities increase with time and trust. Scope and rates are set before you accept.
Where does this take place?
Online and in your city. Event support depends on the local calendar. Out-of-town opportunities begin at the Hard-Hitter Street Team Member level.
How are results tracked?
Unique links, QR codes, promo codes, and photo/video proof. Lead vouching where relevant.
Can I do only online work?
Yes. Note that in your application. A reliable communication line is required.
What happens after I apply?
We review, schedule a short call, assign a trial mission, then onboard.
