Bust-Down Books (https://www.bustdownbooks.com, www.bustdownbooks.com, “the site”, “this website”, “we”, “our”, “us” or “BDB”) is a privately owned and operated website. The intention of this website is to provide you with information about Bust-Down Books, such as, but not limited to, news and current projects, community outreach programs, releases and announcements. All services provided by this site including, but not limited to; podcasts, radio reads, blog posts, forums, polls are provided by us as a service of Bust-Down Books. By visiting this section of the website, the user (“you”) has accepted these Terms of Use and conditions and are in agreement with the compliance by the users (“yourself”) from any purchase, contribution or interaction with this site.
These Terms of Use are subject to change at the discretion of Bust-Down Books and Bust-Down Books Partners and affiliates. Bust-Down Books reserves the right modify or update these terms at any time without any announcement declaration or warning and/or any previous or prior notice or notification confabulated, declared, pronounced, expressed either verbalized or vocalized. III (b). Used and Antique Items
1) For used or antique items; we work diligently and thoroughly to provide descriptions based on the best knowledge available to the appraiser and research. We will provide a detailed summary of any potential defects or unique markings based on what would be considered a reasonable effort.
2) All users will understand that historical context, wear, and uniqueness will be associated with the majority of antique and used items and often considered as a factor of value-added or contributed to the valuation of an item  
3) We catalog defects to the best of our ability, but some may not be discovered or documented and listed explicitly. While we may not catalog every defect incurred in the secondary market precisely and completely; any unlisted defects should not exceed that of what is listed in significance, severity or volume. Moreover, no defect found shall prove to be beyond what would be discovered in inspection completed within a reasonable frame of time and in-relation to market value and other defects listed and advertised in secondary market sale description of item.

III (c). Personalized Inscription Guidelines Rules & Restrictions
- All inscriptions must be respectful, positive, uplifting messages, well wishes, or relevant quotes.
- All inscriptions must be and free from profanity, vulgarity, or offensive language of any kind.
- All inscriptions will be a maximum of 10 words or 40 characters not including dedication or signature.
- All inscriptions will be on the title page unless requested in advance and approved by author.
- All inscriptions are an exclusive feature offered by Bust-Down Books for buyer and cannot be reproduced or used elsewhere without permission.
- All inscriptions and signed copies will have potentially longer shipping times up to 72 hours
- Buyers personalization details (such as names) will be kept confidential and not shared publicly.
- Author reserves the right to review and approve all inscriptions before they are included in the book.

IV. Termination of Use
Bust-Down Books reserves the right to suspend, remove, or terminate user profiles and accounts at the discretion of our own. Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to, violation of our terms of use, behavior deemed abusive or offensive, fraudulent, criminal or illegal activity, or any other actions that could potentially harm us, our services, our partners and affiliates, customers or users. Upon termination execution; the user will lose access to our sites and services and potentially any associated Bust-Down Books sites and services.
