Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

Bust-Down Books, LTD. offers specialized acquisition models to help you secure high-value assets. By selecting these options, you agree to the following frameworks regarding subscriptions, pre-orders, and logistics.

I. SUBSCRIPTIONS (REPEAT DELIVERY)

Subscriptions ensure you receive recurring deliveries of selected assets at the frequency you select at checkout.

  • Billing: Payment details are stored securely. You will be charged automatically unless you have opted for a "Pay in Advance" model.
  • Autonomy: You may manage, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time via your Order Confirmation email or Customer Account portal.
  • Cancellation Deadline: To avoid being charged for the next cycle, cancellations must be processed at least 48 hours prior to the next billing date.

II. PRE-ORDERS & FUTURE INVENTORY

A pre-order is a binding commitment to purchase an asset not yet in active inventory. This allows you to lock in pricing for high-demand items.

  • Payment Capture: We reserve the right to collect full payment or a partial deposit at checkout. Any remaining balance will be charged upon fulfillment.
  • Cancellation Deadline: You may cancel a pre-order only if the order has not yet entered the fulfillment stage. Once an item is staged for shipment or a tracking number is generated, the order is subject to our standard Refund Policy.
  • Market & Tech Commitment: For technical hardware, pre-order pricing is fixed at the time of purchase. We do not accept cancellations or price-adjustments based on subsequent changes in market value, crypto-difficulty, or hash-rate fluctuations.

III. LOGISTICS, CUSTOMS & THIRD-PARTY CONTINGENCIES

Bust-Down Books, LTD. strives for excellence in fulfillment. However, once a parcel is tendered to a third-party courier (USPS, FedEx, DHL, UPS, etc.), the Risk of Loss and title for such items pass to the purchaser.

  • Customs & Tariffs: We are not liable for delays or "holds" initiated by customs for inspections, nor for new tariffs, taxes, or regulatory fees established by destination jurisdictions after the completion of the transaction.
  • Cancellation Restrictions: Cancellation or refund requests due to transit delays, geopolitical conflicts, or customs holds are not permitted, as we cannot recall parcels once they have departed our hub.
  • Commitment to Resolution: In the event of a lost or seized parcel, we will act in good faith to advocate for the customer and initiate insurance claims.
  • Reciprocal Refund Rule: A refund for lost or seized goods will only be issued if and when a successful claim reversal or reimbursement is awarded to Bust-Down Books, LTD. by the courier or insurance provider. Upon receipt of such award, we will immediately reciprocate the refund to the customer.

IV. SERVICE LIMITATIONS

Bust-Down Books, LTD. does not currently offer "Try Before You Buy" programs. All items are sold as described. We invite you to review our high-resolution photography and detailed condition reports prior to purchase.
